Professional land developers
Highlander Construction LLC is based in Helotes and works across South Central Texas. The work is excavation, land management, construction and demolition, and most of it happens out on open land.
That means brush cleared and piled for burning, big acreage shredded and smoothed, stock tanks dug, ranch roads graded, millings driveways laid and pads cut level for concrete.

Questions
We are based in Helotes, Texas, and work across South Central Texas, Bandera included. See the towns and counties with their own pages. If your land is farther out, call and ask.
Yes. One job we shared covered 400 acres shredded and smoothed, along with a front gate and a tank. See brush shredding and pasture clearing.
In Texas a stock tank is a dug, earthen pond that catches and holds water for livestock. We dig the basin and shape the dirt into a berm around it. More on stock tanks and ponds.
Millings are old asphalt ground up into a coarse mix. Spread and packed down, they make a firm surface for driveways and ranch roads. More on millings driveways.
Brush clearing is a regular part of our work. Where it suits the job and burning is allowed, cleared brush is piled and burned on site. During a burn ban the piles wait or go another way. Read the burn rules.
Yes. Demolition sits alongside excavation, land management and construction in what we do. Tell us what needs to come down. See demolition and haul-off.
